What Can Be Returned?
We pride ourselves on making high-quality items, so any Wicks Studio-made product can be returned or exchanged. We will gladly replace any Wicks Studio brand product item-for-item.
When Do Items Need To Be Returned By?
Products must be returned within 30 days of original purchase date. If received as a gift, within 30 days of receipt. Refunds will be processed for purchases less shipping costs for online orders.

Please pack your items properly and send to Wicks Studio – Returns, 3167 Junction Hwy, Ingram, TX 78025. Or you may call 888.547.5648.
For orders placed through our website, if you receive any damaged product, defective or wrong merchandise, please contact our Customer Service Department within 24 hours of delivery first before returning.
Can You Credit My Account For Returns?
Yes. If you do not wish to have a replacement we will gladly credit your account for purchases less shipping costs for online orders.
Discounted Product/Sales Events
If any product is discounted for any reason, Wicks Studio reserves the right to not issue rainchecks, backorders or credits to customers. Monthly, annual or semi-annual sales events take place online and in our flagship store (e.g. after-the-holiday clearance sale), and/or coupons offered, and we regret that price adjustments cannot be made on previous purchases and/or previously shipped orders. If at time of order, product is sold out, customer will either receive a credit or replacement though on an order by order basis if returned. Any discontinued items or product returned that we no longer carry will be refunded at their final clearance price. Promotions will not be combined with other offers, discounts, coupons, etc. unless otherwise specified.
Is There An In-Store Return Option?
You may return your in-store purchase for any reason with the original receipt for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of the original transaction. Returns may be made in-person at our retail store headquarters, 3167 Junction Hwy, Ingram, TX 78025 seven days a week from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
A store credit will be issued for any merchandise that is not accompanied by the original receipt or a gift receipt. The store credit would be issued at the items’ lowest sale price.
If you choose to return by mail, the return would be processed as soon as the undamaged merchandise is received. The customer would be responsible for any shipping fees.
Any discontinued items or product that we no longer carry will be refunded at their final clearance price.
* Regrettably, candles purchased at our Ingram store or from WicksStudio.com cannot be returned to other authorized retail stores carrying Wicks Studio Products. Please contact us directly so we may assist you at 888.547.5648.
Wicks Studio reserves the right to prorate or refuse any returned item that is damaged, misused or unsellable.
